1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Nominate to Unwind platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Nominate to Unwind is a community-driven platform that allows users to nominate individuals or groups who deserve rest and relaxation experiences. Users can vote for nominees, earn tokens, and participate in draws.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Voting and Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Paystack
- Vote purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Tokens earned from voting cannot be exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to modify voting prices at any time
5. Draw Participation
Every voter who casts a vote during a draw period is automatically entered into that draw. Each voter receives exactly one entry per draw — regardless of how much they spend or how many tokens they hold. It is one person, one chance, completely fair. Winners are selected randomly from all eligible voters. Draw prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.1 Voter Appreciation Draw
The Voter Appreciation Draw is subject to the campaign reaching the minimum qualifying participation threshold established by Unwind Africa. If the minimum threshold is not reached, Unwind Africa reserves the right to defer, modify, substitute, merge, or cancel the draw.
6. Nominations
- All nominations are subject to review and approval
- We reserve the right to reject any nomination without explanation
- Nominators must have consent from nominees before submission
- False or misleading nominations may result in account suspension
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nominate to Unwind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nominate to Unwind, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
